For supporting the transposition and implementation of the revised EPBD, REHVA organised a joint session at EUSEW 2019 of 5 lightning talks (EPBCenter, CEN-CE project, U-CERT project, QUEST project and ALDREN project) for igniting the much needed discussion about how the EPB standards and SRI enable and facilitate measured/ operational building performance which in turn provides evidence on the performance of energy efficiency investments and makes the benefits and the financial risk easier to assess.
The session was targeted towards all EPBD stakeholders with a slightly enhanced focus on EU Member States. It was particularly relevant for the transposition and implementation of the revised EPBD, and in general for shaping EPBD’s future the way buildings are taken into account in tomorrow’s policy.
