The magazine “REHVA Journal” publishes an interesting article on the project H2020 ALDREN in which it is explained its development of a protocol for assessment of indoor environmental quality (IEQ) in building undergoing the energy renovation.
The method for rating of IEQ in buildings proposed by ALDREN uses a new IEQ index called “TAIL”. TAIL stands for the thermal (T), acoustic (A) and luminous (L) environment, and indoor air quality (I), the four cardinal components characterizing IEQ.
